Across Europe is a network of walking paths used by pilgrims over the centuries. Today they have become popular amongst all ages for varying reasons. In 2011 Lynne walked 300 kms from Toulouse in France across the Pyrenees mountain passes into Spain. This is known as the Via Tolosana.
The images in this print record the journey. They were originally painted in natural pigments on gessoed wood blocks, enhanced with gold and silver leaf.
