The Daily Mystic enables you to step away from the pressures of busyness and burnout, and rediscover a quieter, more meaningful way of living. Drawing on the wisdom of mystics from many faith traditions, the gentle reflections and practical insights found in The Daily Mystic will help you reconnect with your inner calm, notice beauty in the everyday, and find moments of joy and gratitude woven through ordinary life. Along the way, you’ll be invited to meet your own ‘daily mystic’ – the part of you that listens deeply and recognises the sacred in simple moments.
The Daily Mystic is an invitation to renew your spirit and reshape how you live, one mindful day at a time. A perfect respite from this busy world!
Michael McGirr will officially launch the book.
David McLean will MC the event.
We hope you can join us as we celebrate The Daily Mystic.
