The Chinese word Daxiang stands for an immense phenomenon that cannot be perceived by human eyes. That is the term Hongyi Wang uses to describe a comparative theology that integrates Chinese religious thought with Christian theology.
Hongyi Wang earned a bachelor’s degree in theology from Nanjing Union Theological Seminary, and MA and STM degrees from Union Theological Seminary in the City of New York. He is currently a doctoral student at the Loyola University, Chicago.
