James Robinson directs the Deignan Institute for Earth and Spirit, Iona University, where he serves as a clinical lecturer in religious studies. He received the university’s Catherine McCabe Award for Innovation and Excellence in Teaching in 2023. Jim is a GreenFaith Fellow and is actively involved in a number of lay Catholic communities committed to embodying ecology and social justice, including Agape Community, Hardwick, MA, Benincasa Community, Guilford, CT, and Maryhouse Catholic Worker, New York City.
